Who we are
A place to belong.
Be.YA is about real community and genuine friendship. Some of us have followed Jesus for years, some are just curious, and plenty are somewhere in between. Everyone’s welcome at the table.
Whether you’re new to Christianity and wanting to find other young adults to explore faith with, or have been a Christian for many years, you’ll find a place to belong at Be.YA.
We don’t pretend to have it all figured out; that’s the joy of learning and growing within a safe and authentic community.
What we do
Two nights a month.
We hold monthly quiz nights at a local pub, as well as monthly nights to explore faith and the Bible in a non-judgemental and relaxed environment.
Pub Quiz Nights
Held monthly at a local pub, but hosted by us, these nights are a great time to bring friends, neighbours and colleagues into a chilled community atmosphere for some competitive fun and a quiz you actually have a chance of winning!

Community Nights
These nights are held monthly on a Sunday evening in a young adult members’ home and are where we talk about faith, the real stuff and support one another to grow. We seek to encourage one another to be more confident in following Jesus and sharing Him with those around us.
We are currently doing The Bible Course together. Accessible for both Christians and those curious about faith, the Bible Course is an 8-week video series with discussion questions exploring the whole story of the Bible, helping us understand it in its original context and its relevance for us today.
